Denver Rio Grande Western # 493

Built originally as D&RG Class 190 #1105 in 1902. This Locomotive was renumbered in 1924 to D&RG Class C-41 #1005. Again rebuilt by the Burnham Shops to a K-37 Class #493 in 1928. Ultimately retired in 1970, she was moved to DSNG in Mar-1981, and placed on static display in Silverton, CO. Photo date 2010.
